About the Course

This 1-day interactive, hands-on course equips Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to understand, leverage, and apply AI more effectively. Includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master™ - AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) certification exam.

This course is appropriate for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework and experience working on a Scrum Team in any industry, as they learn how to integrate AI into their roles. This includes:

This course is designed for professionals who want to work with AI tools in practice. It is not intended for those seeking advanced machine learning or data science content. Prior Scrum Master training and certification is recommended, but not required, before taking this course.

Professional Scrum Certification

Training materials are created and maintained by the PST community — always in tune with the dynamic landscape of modern product development. All participants receive a password for the PSM-AI Essentials assessment (85% passing score required). Official class attendees who attempt it within 14 days and score below 85% get a free second attempt.
